DC Eastern Market

While here vacationing in DC, yesterday I got a chance to go to the Eastern Market Flea Market, an event that happens every Sunday year round, come rain come shine. And yesterday it without a doubt "come rain and cold"!!! But that did not deter folks from coming all over the city to see local artisans display their work and their ware. Beautiful pottery, paintings, jewelry, decoupaged boxes, clothes, artwork...whatever you want. Its a great source of inspiration to anyone who is artistically inclined...The artists are reluctant - and understandably so - to let their work be photographed, but some were nice enough to let me take pics.
