Mosaic Monday - little green things

At the risk of getting repetitive, for Mary's Mosaic Monday, I am posting pics of all green things growing in the house. Last week I went around the house and took pics of them all before they die a slow death with my not-so-green thumb! I'm not very good with houseplants.....they do great for a few weeks and then start to either turn yellow, or dry up, or shrivel away...the same plants bloom and thrive in my mom's place, so I am convinced I must have a black thumb...if there is such a thing! I have had to say bye bye to some gorgeous houseplants I bought.....anyway, these little babies have survived for a while now so I am keeping my fingers crossed....! Most of the pics you see are indoor plants.....some syngonium, some pothos, some succulents, some aloe vera....the one in the center is the water lily in the backyard, and the pic to the right of it is the water hyacinth starting to take over our patio container....enjoy!

Thanks Mary for hosting MM!

I struggle with indoor plants - why can I grow them outside? Lovely home you have!

Thank you all. Traci - I ask myself the same thing all the time. The plants outside are getting deluged in the rain and still thriving, but if I overwater mine even one day.....they die!!! Go figure!

What a wonderful Lotosflower in the middle of your mosaic!
